It is my privilege to serve as the Pro Vice Chancellor of Punjab’s first Skills University — an institution created to redefine higher education for the 21st century.
At Lamrin Tech Skills University,we are guided by a simple yet powerful philosophy: the 3S — Speed, Skill, and Scale.
Speed— Because the world of work is moving fast. Our technology-driven systems, industry-aligned curriculum, and responsive student services are designed to keep pace with change.
Skill— Inspired by Lord Buddha’s path of Right Action and Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s “Kirat Karo”,we believe in earning through honest work and building capability with dignity. Every program here integrates classroom learning with hands-on industry experience from Day 1.
Scale— As Punjab’s first Skills University, we are committed to creating lasting impact at scale. By bridging the gap between academia and industry,we ensure our students are not just degree holders, but _job-ready professionals or capable of becoming successful entrepreneurs,who contribute from day one.
The office of the Pro Vice Chancellor serves as the academic backbone of the university. We are committed to transparent and efficient governance in admissions, examinations, student records, and academic policies — upholding the highest standards of integrity and aligned with UGC ,Higher Education policies of Punjab govt and NEP 2020.
Our goal is that every student, faculty member, and parent experiences clarity, consistency, and care at every step — from enrollment to diploma or degree to employment or entrepreneurship.
