Winning at Work Workshop

University School of Engineering and Technology, LTSU Punjab, successfully conducted the WAW Workshop (Winning at Work) on July 23rd! 

Ms. Anu K. Manhotra led an interactive session on "How to crack interviews", covering key topics such as:

•  Understanding the hiring process
•  Building a strong personal brand
•  Developing job-ready skills
•  Cultivating a growth mindset

Students showcased their creativity through mind maps on chart papers, organizing key learnings and capturing insights visually .

The workshop boosted confidence and readiness for real-world professional challenges .
