An electrifying atmosphere filled the S.B.S. Nagar as Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab proudly honored Mr. Prince, the shining Silver Medalist in the 82 kg Greco-Roman Wrestling Category at the prestigious Ulaanbaatar Open 2025 Ranking Series in Mongolia — a world-level event that brought immense pride not just to LTSU, but to the entire nation!

Competing against top international athletes, Mr. Prince showcased unmatched strength, resilience, and skill on the global stage. His medal is not just a personal achievement—it is a symbol of India’s growing prowess in international wrestling and a proud moment for the entire country

A student of BPS at the University School of Physical Education & Sports, LTSU, Mr. Prince has demonstrated that with relentless hard work, unwavering discipline, and the right guidance, dreams can indeed become reality.

This historic achievement was made possible by the tireless efforts of our dedicated coaches and the entire Sports Department, ably led by Dr. Ram Mehar, whose mentorship and motivation played a key role in shaping this journey.

The celebration was graced by Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, who felicitated Mr. Prince and praised the coordinated efforts of the university's sports ecosystem. Esteemed guests including Pro Chancellor Dr. Parvinder Kaur, Registrar, Deans, and HODs added their warm wishes to the occasion.

Adding to the glory, Sh. Ankurjeet Singh, Deputy Commissioner, S.B.S. Nagar, hosted the sportspersons at his office to personally honor Mr. Prince and commend the entire team for this proud national achievement.
