PARTICIPATION IN INTER-UNIVERSITY BIZ QUIZ COMPETITION

Venue: DAV University, Jalandhar

The University School of Commerce & Management of Lamrin Tech Skills University actively participated in the Inter-University Biz Quiz Competition held at DAV University, Jalandhar during 5th–6th February 2026 with the objective of promoting competitive learning, analytical thinking, and academic excellence among students.

Students from the MBA and B.Com programmes represented the university in the competition, which witnessed participation from a total of 62 teams from various institutions. Demonstrating strong subject knowledge, quick thinking, and effective teamwork, both Team MBA and Team B.Com advanced up to the Semi-Finals and secured positions among the Top 15 teams.

The quiz covered areas such as business awareness, management concepts, current affairs, and logical reasoning, offering students valuable inter-university exposure and an opportunity to test their academic competence in a competitive environment.

Although the teams narrowly missed reaching the finals, their performance reflected dedication, preparation, and a strong learning spirit. The experience proved highly enriching and contributed to the development of confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

The participation reaffirmed the university’s commitment to holistic education and experiential learning by encouraging students to engage in academic competitions beyond the classroom.
