Football Matches Among International Students Promote Unity and Sportsmanship

 The University School of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education (USLASE), Lamrin Tech Skills University
 Punjab, successfully organized exciting football matches among international students on 25th April 2026
 at the University’s main sports ground.

Around 100 international students from diverse cultures and nationalities participated with great enthusiasm,showcasing teamwork, energy, and true sportsmanship. The event served as awonderful platform for promoting unity, friendship, and cross-cultural engagement through sports.

S. Nirmal Singh Rayat, Chancellor, appreciated the initiative and highlighted that such events help in building global harmony and a strong sense of belonging among students from different parts of the world.

Prof. A.S. Chawla, Vice Chancellor, emphasized that sports act as a universal language that connects individuals beyond cultural boundaries.

Prof. B.S. Satyal, Registrar, shared that co-curricular activities like these help develop leadership, discipline, and teamwork among students, while Dr. Navneet Chopra, Dean,USLASE, stated that such events encourage inclusivity and create a vibrant academic environment.

The winners were felicitated during the prize distribution ceremony by Prof. B.S. Satyal, Dr. Navneet Chopra, and Mr. Harvinder Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education and Sports.
