LTSU Organizes Expert Talk by HCLTech HR Head on Industry Readiness & Future Skills

Associate GM-HR, HCLTech Mr. Hardeep Singh Bhamrah guides B.Tech & MCA students on Communication, Confidence and Critical Thinking for Career Success

Ropar, 31st October 2026: The Training & Placement Department, Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU) Punjab organized an insightful and career-oriented Interaction Session with Mr. Hardeep Singh Bhamrah, Associate General Manager – HR, HCLTech for the students of B.Tech and MCA.

During the engaging session, Mr. Bhamrah explained in detail the hiring process at HCLTech and the key competencies required to excel in placements. He emphasized that apart from technical knowledge, Communication Skills, Confidence, and Critical Thinking Skills are the real differentiators for interview success. He urged students to focus on strong fundamentals and conceptual clarity in core subjects rather than superficial knowledge.

Students actively interacted and raised queries regarding essential skills for 2026, evolving industry requirements, career growth and career opportunities in HCLTech. Mr. Bhamrah also shared valuable insights on the future of AI-driven recruitment processes and motivated students to embrace continuous learning and adaptability to stay relevant.

The session commenced with a formal welcome address by Dr. HPS Dhami, Executive Dean, LTSU, he shared that our focus is on skill-based education aligned with industry needs.
HlDr Dhami further discussed potential avenues for enhanced internship and placement opportunities for LTSU students at HCLTech.
