Distinguished Academic Delegation Visits LTSU as Part of Visionary Peer Learning Initiative
LTSU proudly welcomed a distinguished delegation of Vice Chancellors and Directors from premier universities across Punjab, as part of a forward-looking peer learning initiative led by the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria. The initiative aims to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in higher education across the state.

The visit began with an insightful institutional presentation delivered by Dr. Ashutosh Sharma, highlighting the university’s key achievements and strategic priorities. The delegation explored various state-of-the-art laboratories and central facilities on campus, gaining first-hand insights into LTSU’s academic and research infrastructure.
During the interaction, Dr. Chawla shared details about the university’s pioneering collaborations, including its unique B.Tech programs developed in partnership with IBM, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and other leading industry partners. The delegates also visited the IBM Open Living Lab and the Center for Future Labs, showcasing LTSU's commitment to experiential learning and future-ready education.
The visit concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Rajiv Mahajan, Registrar, LTSU, who expressed deep appreciation to the visiting delegation for their time, insights, and collaborative spirit.
