CELEBRATION OF REPUBLIC DAY 

On the proud occasion of 26th January – Republic Day of India, the University School of Computing organized creative events to celebrate the spirit of the Constitution and to encourage patriotism and creativity among students. The event was conducted in a lively and enthusiastic environment, with active participation from students.
 

Events Organized were
1.Rangoli Competition
2 Poster Making Competition

These events provided a platform for students to express their ideas, artistic skills, and love for the nation through colors, designs, and messages.
The Rangoli Competition witnessed great enthusiasm among the participants. Students created colorful and meaningful rangoli designs based on themes such as patriotism, unity in diversity, and national symbols. The creativity, use of colors, and neatness of designs reflected the hard work and dedication of the participants.
The judges appreciated the originality and creativity of the rangoli designs and encouraged the participants for their efforts.

The Poster Making Competition received excellent participation from students. The posters highlighted important themes related to Republic Day, including democracy, national unity, fundamental rights and duties, and pride in being an Indian citizen. The posters were innovative, visually appealing, and conveyed strong messages in a creative manner.
The enthusiasm shown by the students demonstrated their awareness and respect for national values. The judges commended the participants for their creativity and presentation.

The winners of both the Rangoli Competition and the Poster Making Competition were selected by the judges based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall presentation. The winners were awarded and appreciated for their outstanding performances. The event was graced by the presence of the Head of the Department, Ms. Amandeep Kaur Kang, Cultural Coordinator, Ms. Nitika Latawa along with all the faculty members.The University School of Computing looks forward to organizing more such meaningful and engaging events in the future
