ORIENTATION PROGRAM

The School of Computing at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab successfully organized the 2nd Semester Orientation Program for BCA (Regular), BCA (AI/ML& CS) and MCA students on 23th January, 2026 in seminar hall. The session aimed to familiarize students with the academic structure, curriculum, evaluation system, attendance policies, faculty guidance, and key expectations for the semester ahead. Faculty members and academic leaders warmly welcomed students and encouraged them to approach the semester with focus, discipline, and enthusiasm.
Purpose of the Orientation

The orientation was designed to prepare students for a successful and productive semester by: - Providing clarity on subjects, labs, and project components - Explaining the evaluation and attendance criteria - Highlighting the importance of the 2nd semester in shaping technical and professional skills - Creating awareness about academic discipline, integrity, and career-oriented learning. Students were guided to view this semester as a critical transition phase that bridges foundational knowledge with advanced and industry-relevant skills.
Faculty Interaction

The faculty members, including the Head of Department Ms. Amandeep Kaur Kang, Assistant Professors Mr. Rahul, Mrs. Pooja, and Ms. Megha, along with Subject Experts from Lernern Pvt. Ltd.—Ms. Aman Rana, Ms. Kirandeep Kaur, and Mr. Ayush Dhiman—addressed the students and shared valuable academic and professional insights. They motivated the students to remain focused and disciplined throughout the semester and assured them of continuous academic support, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve both academic excellence and career readiness.

The 2nd Semester Orientation Program concluded on a motivational note, encouraging students to remain consistent, curious, and committed. The session reinforced the message that success is achieved through regular attendance, active participation, and continuous learning. Faculty members extended their best wishes and assured students of full support throughout their academic journey.
